Joe Flacco makes it a reality.
The 40-year-old is the oldest of the five quarterbacks for the Cleveland Browns, two of which are rookies Dilongabriel and Chedure Sanders.

“If you say, 'I don't want to be a mentor,' I look terrible. “I want to be a mentor.” Flacco told reporters Thursday. “I tend to be honest and then I said, 'I'm not a mentor. I play football.' And in the quarterback room, I have a lot of experience, but hopefully I can do my job.

“This is a ridiculous answer from Joe Flaco. There is no guarantee that Joe Flaco will be healthy at 17 games, especially at age 40.”
Flacco is in his second stint with Cleveland, who played for them in the 2023 season. He won the AP Comeback Player of the Year Award, making it 4-1 after throwing 1,616 yards and 13 touchdowns in five games.

Canti and Flaco spent three years together in Baltimore, with the quarterback spending their first 11 seasons. Kanti's Baltimore stint came after four years with both the Cowboys and Giants.
Flacco will be ranked 18th in the 2025 season.
