Former MLB star Jonathan Lucroy encouraged San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa to go the extra mile in supporting President-elect Donald Trump.
Bosa wore a Make America Great Again hat during NBC's broadcast of the 49ers' win over the Dallas Cowboys, and appeared to pay homage to President Trump with a sack dance over the weekend.

Lucroy said Tuesday on “Outkick the Morning” with Charlie Arnolt that Bosa should ostensibly support Trump more.
“He made a visual statement,” Lucroy said. “He didn't say much about it, but he kept his hat on. This is what I think he should do. What he should do is continue. In fact, I think he's more I think he should wear a Trump 2024 shirt every day and walk around the clubhouse wearing it.
“He wears it to every interview, right? If he wears it to every interview, they're going to keep fining him. Well, he makes $100 million. He He's a good person.”

Lucroy said that, at least in the MLB world, fines would be donated to charity rather than being donated to the league.
“I would actually do that. I'll own it to the best of my ability. And then at the end of the season, if I get my $100,000 fine, I'll donate it to a pro-life charity or something. Personally, I would. “I will.”
NFL rules state that “Fines collected will be donated to the Pro Athletes Foundation to assist Legends in Need and to protect the health, safety, and wellness of athletes at all levels, including youth football and the communities that support the game.” A donation will be made to the NFL Foundation for further assistance.”
