American Tennis Pro Ben Shelton served as an Instagram staff member with USWNT forward Trinity Rodman, daughter of five-time NBA champion Dennis Rodman.
The US Open semi-finalist confirmed his relationship with Trinity in a social media post Monday. The final photo of the carousel in the image was a snap of Trinity kissing Shelton on the cheek while the couple waited in the elevator.

“I'm focused, but I'm steadily climbing. I'm not approaching my peak,” he wrote in his post.

Trinity commented on the post, “I think the Shooters are filming it.”
When the pair first started dating, it wasn't immediately clear. Several other tennis stars commented on the post, suggesting that people in the tennis community may already be aware of the relationship.
“Hard Rush!!” wrote Cocogoff, the 2023 US Open champion.

Trinity appeared on the Call Her Daddy podcast in December, where she spoke openly about her relationship with her father, revealing that the NBA Hall of Fame inductee is largely missing in her life.
“It's because it's like I'm still trying to be honest about it. I give him sympathy because I think he's actually a very selfish person,” she said in the episode.
“I think everything was always about him. He went through an S, but at the same time, I love the spotlight. He loves the camera. He takes the kids on stage and says, 'Oh, these are my kids' everything, and even the heart… f–, but emotionally for me, he's going through me, oh, my omelette. ”

Rodman responded to her daughter's comments in a post about her social media apology, but Trinity, who plays for the National Women's Football League (NWSL), called it a “joking.”
Trinity was previously linked to NFL free agent Trinity Benson in 2024.
