“We're not talking about this,” Hudson said, sitting next to him.
Dokoupil asked Belichick how he dealt with comments and attention about his relationship.
“I've never been too worried about what everyone else would think, just trying to feel the best for me and what's right,” the 73-year-old coach said.
Belichick described Hudson as his “creative muse” in his book. She also maintains her presence within the Tar Heels Football Program as Belichick asked her to copy it to her email.
The couple was first linked romantically last year, but first met in 2021 on a flight heading to Boston. According to page 6, Belichick, 73, and Hudson, 24, reportedly “discussed about marriage.”

The age gap between Hudson and Belichick became the topic of conversation recently when an email obtained by Athletic showed that Belichick had sent an email to UNC officials expressing concerns that she could be called a “predator” online.
“Are there anyone who has monitored UNC Football pages for defamatory commentary and then removed/blocked users who are reluctant to BB in comments?” Hudson reportedly asked on February 13th.
Belichick reportedly continued the following day.
