Tommy Doyle is currently a 26-year-old former soccer player.

“At this point, it looks like it's permanent, with the calendar and healing process. I just can't play soccer at a high level, and it's time. When you know, you I know,” Doyle said.
Doyle tore the ACL in 2022.
“I was really fighting, competing and working to get back from that injury, and I was just impressed by the even more disastrous injuries,” Doyle said. “But at the end of the day there were a lot of negative emotions and anger. …I've looked back on a lot recently, and I've learned a lot of valuable lessons from it.

“Soccer is something I loved and loved my life. And I spent a lot of time, effort and energy trying to get back on the field. But in the end, it really was God's me. It's not a plan that I have for. I know it's true.
“I think the only thing I remember most is the relationship between the guys on the team and the coaches, trainers and fans. It's a great city. It's a great city. The fan base is amazing. Four in Buffalo It was really special how close it was, just playing the year, with all the different locker rooms.”
