President Trump announced his first judicial candidate for his second term and appointing a bold and fearless judge that will be historic for the next four years as he continues to build on the most consequential results of his first term. The interests of Democratic activist judges are actively obstructing American voters, the president, our constitution, our country, so our interests don't rise.
Trump has appointed Whitney Hermandorfer to the Tennessee-based seat of the U.S. Court of Appeals in the Sixth Circuit. She has a great legal heart and a commissioned constitutionalist who litigated the issue of critical first amendments. Trump's first nomination is in stark contrast to Obama and Biden-appointed Democratic judges who repeatedly sought to hamper the enforcement of the president's core Article 2 during the first months of Trump's historic second term. These anti-American judges on the side of Hamas supporters, MS-13 gang members, and no-show federal officials reaching taxpayers must argue. Trump's candidate promises a return to his original vision of justice based on constitutionalism and judicial binding.
Trump-supported legislation to stop “fraudulent” judges from passing through their homes
During the 2016 campaign, Trump boldly and brilliantly ran the issue of judicial nominations in an unprecedented way. He has published a list of potential Supreme Court candidates who will choose to fill in the vacancy arising from the death of Justice Antonin Scalia. This list of candidates distinguished him from his then rival Hillary Clinton. Had Clinton been successful, we would have been exposed to leftist judicial tyranny for at least a generation. Fortunately, for the Constitution and the American people, Trump won, and the country was rewarded with Justice Neil Gorsuch in place of Judge Merrick Garland. Given his horrible, truly shameful service as Attorney General, Garland would have been an unauthorized disaster if he was appointed to the Supreme Court for the rest of his life.
Trump did not stop after confirming Gorsuch. Judge Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation changed the balance of the court in 2018. The coup came in 2020 when Trump replaced the liberal Lion Ruth Bader Ginsburg with the more conservative Amy Coney Barrett. This dramatic shift paid dividends in many consequential ways in short order.

In 2022, the court was Dobbsv. Roev from Jackson Women's Health Organization. He dismissed Wade (1973) and restored the issue of abortion to a legitimate location, the state. The judge also strengthened the Second Amendment of the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association vs. Blue En, finding that the second amendment requires a carry permit with “existence” hidden. The state cannot have a fog standard that whimpers, where bureaucrats decide whether to allow citizens to carry hidden weapons. The state must establish standards, and citizens who meet those standards can carry such firearms.
The following year, the court stopped practicing race-based university admissions policies in two cases involving Harvard and the University of North Carolina. Thanks to the fair admissions decision of students, students must be evaluated based on merit. Conservatives have been trying to eliminate positive behavior for decades, just like they had an abortion. Trump has made these dreams come true. Last year, the court reported on Loper Bright Enterprisesv. It was hit hugely against the administrative state of Raimondo.

A few days after Loper Bright, the judge tightened the Trump vs. US presidency. The court therefore held that the President was absolutely immune to exercise Core Article II power, such as amnesty, and at least presumably immune to conduct carried out at the external boundaries of their official duties. The ruling has greatly supported Trump against the laws put into effect by the Biden Department of Justice.

Trump's judicial impact has expanded beyond the Supreme Court. He appointed 54 circuit judges in his first term. Carter benefits greatly from the creation of 35 new circuit judges in Congress, which were controlled by Democrats during his term. Congress created nothing for Trump. More importantly, Carter did not appoint Supreme Court justice. Trump's impact on the judicial dwarf carter is due to all reasonable indicators. Trump appointed only two circuit judges in one term than President Obama, with several of Obama's appointees in the Federal Circuit. More importantly, Obama's two Supreme Court appointments did not change the court's balance. He replaced two leftist justice with the other two. Trump also has a great opportunity to surpass President Ronald Reagan's record for 83 rounds confirmation.

Trump's first terminology was outstanding, but there's still work to do. Sometimes, the Supreme Court is frustrated by the rulings primarily on Trump's policies regarding emergency situations and emergency facilities and on the left-wing lower court judges that banned them. Thanks to the Republican-controlled Senate and a broader majority than existed in the first two years of his first term, Trump chooses even more bold and fearless candidates. He will go beyond the choice of the Federalist Association of Garden Diversity and establish a new generation of Judicial Titans that will change the landscape for a generation that aligns with the intentions of our founders.
