Caitlin Clark has done it again.
The Indiana Fever rookie sensation recorded her 317th assist of her rookie season in Friday's win over the Las Vegas Aces, breaking the WNBA single-season assist record.
Clark witnessed a landmark season record being broken just two days ago in the teams' final meeting. On Wednesday, Aces veteran A'ja Wilson broke the league's season scoring record with 956 points in Las Vegas' 86-75 win.

Prior to that, fellow rookie Angel Reese broke the WNBA single-season rebound record. Reese did so on September 1 in the Chicago Sky's 79-74 loss to Minnesota, surpassing the previous record of 404 set by Sylvia Fowles in 2018.
But Clarke was back in the spotlight on Friday night.

Last Friday against the Minnesota Lynx, Clark made his 103rd three-point shot of the season, tying him as the Fever's all-time leader in three-pointers made in a single season.
Just days earlier, she had made her 100th 3-pointer of the season in the Fever's game against the Los Angeles Sparks, making her the fastest player in league history to reach the milestone.
She also became the first rookie and fifth WNBA player to record two or more triple-doubles in a season, joining recently retired players Candace Parker, Courtney Williams, Sabrina Ionescu and Alyssa Thomas in this exclusive club.
A week earlier, in a game against the Dallas Wings, Clark scored her 595th career point, surpassing WNBA legend Tamika Catchings' record and becoming the most points scored in a single season by a rookie in Fever history.

In her most recent game against Reese's and the Sky on August 30, Clark recorded 30 points and 12 assists, becoming the first player in WNBA history to record 30+ points and 10+ assists in a single game, and the first rookie to do so. Additionally, Clark now has 12 double-doubles, breaking the record for most double-doubles by a guard in a single season.

Just three days earlier, Clark had set the record for most 3-pointers made by a rookie, surpassing the mark first set by the Atlanta Dreams' Rhyne Howard. She made 3 of 12 3-pointers to finish with 19 points, five rebounds and five assists as Indiana earned its 15th win.
That night, Clark became the first WNBA player to record at least 15 points, five rebounds and five assists in six consecutive WNBA games, and her 10th consecutive game with at least 15 points and five rebounds, joining an elite club with Diana Taurasi.
Clark led the Fever to the playoffs for the first time in eight years.
