Aliya Boston then went to the line with 21.7 seconds left to give Fever his first lead since winning the game's first basket. The foul against Boston was fucked by Britney Griner, who fouled out in the play.
However, Atlanta's Rhyne Howard hit two free throws with 9.7 seconds remaining to take a one-point lead. Clark inbounded the ball but never touched it again. Fever missed two shots to take the lead, and Dream regained a thrilling victory.
Clark finished with 27 points and 11 assists. This is Clark's 10th 20-point, 10 assist game in her young career, tying Courtney Vanderroot's WNBA records. Vandersloot played in 430 games. Clark played just 42.
