Instead of the wedding, their families planned a funeral after a crazy terrorist shot them in anti-Semitic assassination with two Israeli diplomats in American soil, screaming “free Palestine” while leaving the event for young diplomats outside the capital Jewish museum.
The event was organized by the American Jewish Committee, one of the nation's most reputable Jewish human rights agencies, and the event itself focused on finding ways to promote humanitarian assistance to Gaza.
This abominable terrorist act did not occur in a vacuum.
It comes days after Tom Fletcher, one of the senior UN officials, falsely accused Israel of genocide and falsely claimed 14,000 Gazan children were on the verge of starvation within 48 hours.
Since then, Fletcher has failed to provide an apology or clarification, with two Israeli diplomats dead.

His claims were lies separated from reality, sparkling throughout social media and smeared into news headlines.
Fletcher's lies were then exposed, and some news outlets offered retractions, but those retractions do not undo the bullets to the gun. They will not reclaim Yaron and Sarah, and they will not cancel the violent damages of those who, without a second thought, are extremely ruthlessly vilifying the only democracy of the Middle East.
Last week was a harsh reminder of where to incite the flames of demonization and hatred. The violence inflicted on innocent people by crazy madmen is encouraged by the bloody ties that have been chanted at our university campuses and in August facilities like the UN Security Council.
However, the UN's anti-Semitism issue is not limited to Fletcher alone.

Another well-known official, UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese, is regularly and immunized, and promotes anti-Semitic ratio trop and tolerate terrorism. When the Albanese are not touring the university campus to spread hatred, she uses her high platform to compare Israelis to the Nazis, distort events of the Holocaust, spread conspiracies about Jewish power, and minimize the horrifying events of October 7, 2023.
History judges the United Nations if such blood honor libls allow to continue to be checked.
