Trans athletes participating in women's sports has become a controversial topic, especially in this election year, and former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick shared her thoughts on the issue.
Patrick, one of the most successful women in the history of American horse racing, appeared on “Jesse Watters Prime Time” to discuss the current state of women's sports, specifically the ability for trans athletes to participate alongside biological women. I was asked what I thought.
“That's completely wrong,” Patrick replied. “This is coming from a woman who participated in what is essentially a male sport. Men are just different. Their hormones are different, their bodies are different.”

Patrick said in an interview that he will be voting for Donald Trump in his first presidential election, saying he believes Trump is a “rational and reasonable choice.”
President Trump recently spoke on Barstool Sports' “Bussin' with the Boys” with former NFL players Taylor Lewan and Will Compton about his thoughts on transgender inclusion in women's sports.
Toward the end of the interview, he was asked how he plans to unify the divided country.
“I mean, you want the country to be united. But you have a very conservative side and conservative side, and then you also have people who want open borders and things like that. . Many of them are too far away,” Trump said. . “For example, they want men to participate in women's sports. I don't think I could ever say I'm excited about that. I've seen it happen. I have seen it.”
President Trump says including transgender people in women's sports policy is 'going too far'
President Trump pointed to the controversy surrounding Imane Kelif and Lin Yuting winning gold medals in the women's boxing division at this year's Olympics. Both boxers have been at the center of gender controversy.
Trump added: “The whole thing is ridiculous.”

President Trump's stance has been clear since he briefly discussed the topic at the Republican National Convention in July.
Patrick is not the only professional athlete, former or current, who thinks this way.
Golfer Lauren Miller recently appeared on Outkick's “Don't At Me With Dan Dakich” and said that President Trump has done a better job protecting women's sports than Vice President Kamala Harris. He expressed his belief that he would do so.
“Mr. Trump came forward at a rally and said, 'Men don't participate in women's sports.' I don't think Kamala would do that because it's that simple, but there's a policy put in place that says otherwise. I don't think there is,” Miller said.
Patrick went on to explain why he is “passionate” to vote for Trump this year.

“I'm passionate about voting for Donald Trump because I feel like it's a vote of reason,” she said. “It's like a rational, rational choice. But I feel more than anything that if he were to become president and with all the wonderful, brilliant people who are supporting him, I feel like it's not just going to change America, it's going to make America great again, but it's going to make America greater than ever. ”
