A trio of Democrats say they've justified last week by “raiding” ice facilities in New Jersey, New Jersey, and claim that President Donald Trump's administration is “law enforcement.”

All New Jersey Democrats, Ramonica McQuiver, Bonnie Watson Coleman and Rob Menendez commented on Sunday while co-starring CNN's “The State of the Union.”

“The chaos continued when someone called over the ice leaders who were with us at the facility told them to leave the facility, go to private property and lock up the mayor of New Jersey's biggest city,” Coleman said.

“That's ridiculous. It's not Americans. It's scary. It's a determination to threaten the people of this country,” she adds, claiming the administration is “liing on all levels.”

Three lawmakers attacked the Delaney Hall Detention Center in Newark last week in a video incident. Newark Mayor Las Baraka was also present, arrested and charged with trespassing. Authorities claimed that the ice agent was assaulted in a confrontation and were caught on camera.

McQuiver also responded to accusations from the Department of Homeland Security that she “denounced” law enforcement officials during the incident.

“To be honest, I don't know how the body slaps someone. There's no video to support the body slap someone,” she told CNN's Dana Bash.

Mendes argued that it was the responsibility of ice officers and other law enforcement agencies to ensure the situation was out of hand.

“DHS had many opportunities. ICE was to escalate the situation. They chose not to do so,” Menendez said. “It really should shock all Americans.”

Mayor Newark has been arrested for assaulting a New Jersey ice prison for members of Dem Council to make a “surveillance visit.”

Although lawmakers opposed the ice detention, they also admitted they saw evidence that the inmates were well treated and lived in good conditions within the facility.

At a press conference after the incident, McQuiver claimed that she was “attacked by multiple ice officers, but the ice regional directors are watching it happen.”

X DHS footage posted on Saturday appears to show unprovoked McIver barrels through law enforcement near the gate.

“Watch: U.S. Rep. Lamonica McQuiber (woman wearing a red blazer) will attack the gates of Delaney Hall Detention Center attacking Ice Agents,” DHS captioned the video.

DHS officials have yet to confirm pending charges against those accused of raiding the center.
