The Baltimore Ravens are built to run, and that's exactly what they did to win their first playoff game of the year.
Baltimore gained 299 total yards on the ground (300 before taking a final kneel) in a 28-14 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday, with Derrick Henry getting most of the yards.
The Steelers' offense was ineffective throughout the first half, with each of their four drives resulting in a punt. The Ravens were a different story. The first time they had the ball, they drove 95 yards down the field, with Lamar Jackson finding Rashod Bateman for a 15-yard touchdown. The second quarter was another 13-play drive (all runs), and this time Henry punched in.

Then, with two seconds left before both teams entered the locker room, Jackson evaded pressure and found Justice Hill to make it 21-0 and increase the Ravens' offense to more than 300 yards. The lead at halftime was 19-2 in favor of Baltimore.
But the Steelers weren't dead yet. Despite being glued to his own 2-yard line, Russell Wilson dropped three third-down dimes to keep the drive alive, the last one a 30-yard touchdown to Van Jefferson as Pittsburgh He won the third time. But Baltimore immediately responded as Henry ran for a 44-yard score.

But Wilson threw another touchdown to George Pickens with 3:24 left, making it a two-point lead again.
Although the Ravens' offense slowed down in the second half, Pittsburgh couldn't do much in the fourth quarter, turning the ball over on downs midway through the quarter in an attempt to make it a one-score game, and a Pickens touchdown would throw the wind out of them. The up is the final score of the game.
Henry gained 186 yards on the ground on 26 carries, two of which reached the end zone. Jackson added 81 rushing yards (while going 16-of-21 for 175 yards through the air).
