The Philadelphia Eagles defense fought hard, holding the New Orleans Saints to just 12 points in Sunday's Week 3 win, and defensive lineman Jalen Carter was proof of that.
Carter, a second-year player from Georgia, yelled at Saints players on the sideline and then addressed the packed crowd at the Caesars Superdome before having to be restrained by head coach Nick Sirianni, assistant coach Clint Hart and chief security officer Dom DiSandro.

Philadelphia put a big dent in the Saints' final attacking attempt, with New Orleans quarterback Derek Carr taking a big thump that led to a Reed Blankenship interception.
The Eagles won the game 15-12.
Carr was sacked once and Blankenship's interception was the game's only interception.

Carter had four total tackles, two of which were for loss, two passes defended and one quarterback hit.
Eagles running back Saquon Barkley erased some of the dark memories from the Eagles' disastrous loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Monday night, scoring two touchdowns, including a 65-yard run that gave his team the lead late in the game.
Barkley rushed 17 times for 147 yards.
Jalen Hurts completed 29 of 38 passes for 311 yards and one interception. Tight end Dallas Goedert led Philadelphia with 10 catches for 170 yards.

The Saints were the highest scoring offensive team at the start of the game.
