Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver AJ Brown was caught reading “Inner Excellence” on the sideline during Sunday's wild-card playoff victory over the Green Bay Packers.
On Monday, the book shot to number one on Amazon.

Jim Murphy's book on developing mental skills has taken the top spot on Amazon's bestseller list as of Monday morning. His rank at the start of the game was 523,497th. Eagles fans also helped by leaving positive reviews on the book's Amazon page.
One Eagles fan wrote, “AJ Brown recommended this book to me and I'm looking forward to reading it. Eagles fly.”
“When I saw AJ Brown reading this book on the sideline during a playoff game against the Packers, my wife and I did a little research and both bought a copy. I can't wait to start reading it. “I can't stand it,” wrote another book review. Fox 29 Philadelphia.

Brown explained that he decided to read a book on the sideline after the game.
“I always go back to the beginning of the book,” he said. “It shows if you just have to have a clear mind and remember that nothing else matters, a clear conscience, nothing negative or positive matters. . You're willing to take risks. He also says you can't be shy if you're humble. ”
The official title of Murphy's book is “Inner Excellence: Train Your Mind for Extraordinary Performance and the Best Possible Life.”
The author briefly played as a minor league infielder for the Chicago Cubs. He then became intrigued by the idea of training baseball players how to be confident under pressure, according to the Associated Press.
Things skyrocketed from there.
Brown added that he always carries the book with him during games. He said he was first caught Sunday night.
