A family attempting to watch the San Francisco 49ers vs. Dallas Cowboys game on Sunday was barred from entry by Levi's Stadium security because one of them was wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat. claims that there was not.
In a video posted to TikTok, one of the female family members explains that her son-in-law got into an argument with a security guard after he was told he couldn't enter the stadium for wearing a red MAGA hat.
In the video, the woman says, “We were about to go in and they stopped us because our son-in-law was wearing this hat.” “They don't want us inside.”

The TikTok user's caption further explained the situation, stating that the ticket was scanned for the game and passed through a security checkpoint. However, another security duo had a problem with the hat.
“So what was supposed to be a fun first experience for the kids turned out to be an eye-opener for us,” the caption reads. “I wasn't going to share it, but seeing the scene where they said, 'It takes all of us to vote,' and seeing (Nick) Bosa flashing his (MAGA) hat at the camera. , we felt discriminated against.

“After scanning my ticket and the security checkpoint, I was stopped by a man who demanded that my husband either throw away his hat or leave the stadium. This led to a 30-45 minute argument that ended with me waiting for the game to start. We're going to miss out.'' The director just let us through (sic) Thank you also to everyone who stopped and spoke out when this happened. ”
In the video, people can be seen passing by trying to understand what is going on, but it turns out that the reason behind the altercation is a MAGA hat. Unable to believe that the family was in such a situation, one of the guards reportedly told the couple that it was not a matter of hatred.
One of the women in the family, who had an argument with security, confirmed on the website that hats were allowed, and after getting through the first security checkpoint and having her game scanned, everything was fine. He said he thought so.
“How does the policy apply after I purchase my ticket?” the woman asks.
Levi's Stadium's code of conduct simply states that “offensive clothing” is not allowed in the stadium. Additionally, the “Allowed and Prohibited List” states “offensive clothing as described in the Levi's Stadium Code of Conduct,” but the Levi's Stadium website does not specify what constitutes “offensive clothing.” There are no specifications for this.

However, before the list of allowed and prohibited items, there is a note that says, “The following content is subject to change without notice.”
The 49ers did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital regarding the situation.
As per the video's caption, Bosa made headlines after the 49ers' win over the Cowboys when he burst into an interview with quarterback Brock Purdy while wearing his own MAGA hat.
Bosa pointed to his hat, causing tight end George Kittle to laugh before running away again.
