The litigation player claimed he was forced to show his genitals to other players, and was called “P — Y” when he was not obliged.
“What's going on in the locker room is a sick illness,” the player told the New York Post.
The lawsuit argues that Superintendent Rob Shepherd and the school ignore the complaints, “which allows a toxic culture to last without being able to investigate or discipline the perpetrator.”
“You have to be accountable by the coach,” the player said. “He's lying down his legs, trying to control the whole situation and make things better.”
The player eventually left the team and left school.
“It was a dark time for me. I was sad, I was depressed,” he said. “I was in the garbage dump every day.”

The lawsuit argues that the player's move to Division III school “sacrificing his season of eligibility and reducing his visibility and professional baseball prospects.”
“I finally got there to spend my whole life trying to get to that point and it all happened, so it just derailed my entire career,” the player said.
The university sent the following statement to Fox News Digital:
“Seton Hall is committed to promoting a safe, respectful and inclusive environment. Upon learning of certain claims earlier this year, the university retained a nationally respected third-party investigator to conduct an immediate, independent and thorough review. As the lawsuit is ongoing, we cannot comment further at this point.”
