He advised his followers not to drink it.

Brown's stance on raw milk appeared to be a departure from that of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., President-elect Trump's pick to head the nation's health care sector. Both Mr. Brown and Mr. Kennedy supported Mr. Trump during the presidential campaign.
The former Pittsburgh Steelers player spoke at a rally for Trump in the days before his victory over Vice President Kamala Harris in the presidential election. Kennedy withdrew from the race and supported Trump.

After his victory, the president-elect nominated Kennedy as his nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services. President Kennedy has said in the past that he only drinks raw milk and criticized the USDA for regulating the product.
However, raw milk is believed to be the cause of a series of animal deaths due to avian influenza in the United States. Earlier this month, the U.S. Department of Agriculture issued an order requiring all raw (unpasteurized) milk to be tested for avian influenza.
Almost 4.4% of U.S. adults report drinking raw milk at least once a year. According to a 2022 FDA survey, about 1% of adults say they consume raw milk weekly.
