FOX First Report: Former Georgia Sen. Kelly Loeffler's super PAC has launched a six-figure ad campaign that it says aims to expose Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' “mismanagement” ahead of the November election.
The $100,000 ad campaign Greater Georgia launched Thursday includes digital ads, direct mail and text messages, all of which will run over the next nine weeks to reach Atlanta-area voters ahead of the Nov. 5 election, the group said.
The ad, titled “Failed,” will air across streaming services and programmatic media, including Fox News, CNN, WSB-TV, Hulu, Roku and Fubo.
“Under Fani Willis' watch, murder, rape, theft and other dangerous crimes are occurring all over Fulton County,” the ad states.

“She is focused on herself, her political ambitions, high-profile prosecutions and profiting from partisan legal battles — all at the expense of families living in fear and innocent lives lost. We need a District Attorney who will do his job to keep us safe,” the ad says.
The campaign alleges that homicides have increased in Fulton County under Willis' administration, that he is “wasting” taxpayer funds and “profiting from prosecutions,” and that he is “pursuing personal ambition over public safety to advance his political career and reputation.”
Willis did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.
Willis, who will face the Republican presidential nominee in November, rose to national prominence after indicting former President Donald Trump last year on wide-ranging organized crime charges.
Earlier this year, Trump and his co-defendants argued that Willis should be removed from the case after it emerged she had an “inappropriate” affair with Nathan Wade, the special counsel she hired.
Fani Willis has faced setbacks in her lawsuits against Trump, with the latest case now before the Supreme Court.

The lawsuit seeking Willis' disbarment is scheduled to be heard by the Georgia Court of Appeals in December.
According to Greater Georgia, since Willis was elected, homicides in Fulton County have increased 8% from 2021 to 2022 and 13% in Atlanta since 2023. 13,787 people were arrested but not charged with felonies in 2023. The group said that as of the end of 2023, district attorneys' offices have 11,700 open cases.
Greater Georgia also argued that many of the indicted felons commit additional crimes while awaiting trial.

The group noted that Willis was accused of misappropriating $488,000 in grant funds from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in 2021 and later received a subpoena from the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee regarding the allegations.
Separately, U.S. senators have opened an investigation into Willis over allegations that he misused $2 million in Justice Department funds earmarked for settling sexual assault cases.
“When voters placed their bet on her in 2020, Fani Willis had one job and one thing in common: to put criminals behind bars and protect Fulton County families. But for the past four years she has focused on chasing vanity cases, not criminals, to increase her own profile, line her pockets and fuel her political ambitions,” Loeffler said.

“Under her watch, prosecutions have decreased, crime has increased and more citizens have been victimized. Justice has been denied because she is too distracted and incompetent to administer it. Fani Willis is a great embarrassment to the state of Georgia, a threat to public safety and the top local official who must be removed from office this November in order to make Georgia safe again,” she said.
