As of now, the Tennessee Titans have the No. 2 pick in the NFL Draft and are in prime position to be their franchise quarterback candidate.
But one of the greatest players to wear a Titans jersey believes the team already has a franchise quarterback in Will Reavis and wants the team to go a different route.
Chris Johnson, one of nine players to rush for 2,000 yards in a season, hopes the team selects Colorado two-way star Travis Hunter.

“I want Hunter. I want Travis. Will Revis, we just got him. I think Will will end up being a good quarterback,” Johnson told TMZ Sports. “Sometimes it takes time. Look at Jordan Love and some of these other quarterbacks. They had time to sit and learn. They sit and learn over years. I have a feeling that it will become my own.
“I don't think we're doing the same thing we did last year, where we acquired Levi and two guys on the cheap. I think we'll see what Will Levi can do for us. We'll bring in Travis. Come on. …I think so.'' You'd be an absolute fool to pass up Travis in second place. ”

Johnson said he wants Hunter to focus on playing corner while also playing receiver in certain packages. Hunter won both the top receiver and defensive player awards for the 2024 season.
Hunter has said he wants to play both sides, but many experts expect him to be a more comfortable fit on defense.
Levi's two seasons in the NFL were tough. He completed just 61.2% of his passes with 20 touchdowns and 16 interceptions in 20 games. At No. 2, they could select Hunter quarterback Shedule Sanders or Cam Ward.

Hunter just won the Heisman Trophy, defeating Ashton Giunty in the closest vote since 2009. Hunter and Sanders are both expected to be nominated early in April.
