Georgia Bulldogs Football head coach Kirby Smart sideswipes quarterback Johnny Manziel, who won the Heisman Trophy at the recent coaching clinic.
Smart was speaking when four former college quarterbacks appeared on screen, including Alabama's Bryce Young, LSU's Joe Barrow, Texas A&M's Manziel and Auburn's Cam Newton. He asked what quarterbacks were in common.

One person cried out “Hisman.” Smart said that was a good answer. Each player won the Heisman Trophy during his college days. Someone else said “champion,” but it looked like a bridge too far for smart.
“Champion? He's not a champion. What champion? Fireball champion,” Smart said of Manziel. “It's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, I'm going here for you. There's Heissman. Is that right?

Manziel struggled with drugs and alcoholism during his NFL career with the Cleveland Browns. He recalls his recovery at the University of Alabama's Vital Health Conference in August about the roots and impact of addiction in Q&A with students.
During the meeting, Manziel showed that alcohol had no place in his life either. He also showed that the experience taught him new ways to manage potential future successes. He was surrounded by consultants who pushed him back when necessary. He said he learned in the past from too much unanimous support from those around him.

“I'm starting to develop and there are many men around me,” Manziel said. “It's me who's in the mind of that impact group, and managing your success right now is not a solo thing. You need to have a support system and rely on things in your life.”
