With the great NFC Championship performance of the Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley on Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys had one Dallas Cowboy perfect to troll the New York Giants to let him go.
However, Giants defensive end Kayvon Thibodeau did not appreciate Dez Bryant's post on the X, leading to a public beef as they went back and forth.
Barkley scored three touchdowns on the ground to lead Washington to a 55-23 victory over Washington and punch New Orleans' ticket to Super Bowl LIX.

Bryant fired off a tweet as Barkley raced through the Commandos, pummeling the Giants as the star ran away in free agency and ultimately signed with the Division Rival Eagles.
“The Giants have to be sick. I don't care what everyone says,” Bryant posted with a laughing emoji.
Thibodeaux saw the tweet coming hours after it was posted, but he wasted no time taking jabs at Bryant about the lack of championships in his career.

“I got the same amount of SB (Super Bowl),” Thibodeaux tweeted about Bryant's original post.
Bryant answered five minutes later and didn't hold back on his thoughts about the Giants.
“That's true, but I've had a goulart career and I'm on record (book emoji).. wow…” Bryant said.

“This year, we let go of the best player in the NFL and the GM's son said it straight in his face to draft Jaden Daniels. You shouldn't be talking to me.
As Thibodeaux added, this was just the beginning for these two. But it led to more from Bryant.
“The only player over there is (sic) legal. Other than that, sorry for ruining it for you guys. You guys are awful,” Bryant said. “Cut out all that political shit!..I hope they don't trade your ass the way you hype…I'm not sure you're looking for a trade or a cut.” Please don't look at it.
Thibodeau tried to cool the nerves, but Bryant continued.
Thibodeaux asked the former receiver, “Why didn't you retire?” He also hinted that Bryant, 36, would answer a call from Giants GM Joe Schoen if he asked to work a spot on the roster.
“I bet you showed up,” Thibode said.
“This is how I know…you don't know…” Bryant responded. “One day we'll rap in person! I'm far off the spectrum! I'm here to put you guys on the game…I hope you misunderstood my tweet “I wish you success in your career.”
One NFL fan finally asked what the two were beefing up.

“I think everyone can say something about the team I represent….” “Until I no longer stand a huge IMA (sic) bid (sic).”
Thibodeaux was the Giants' fifth overall pick out of Oregon in the 2022 NFL Draft and finished 50 on the stat sheet with 50 sacks and 28 combined tackles after having 11.5 sacks and 12 tackles for loss in a breakout 2023 campaign. Obtained. A year ago. He played just 12 games in 2024.
