Melek Serto was five months pregnant when she went to the hospital with severe pain and bleeding. However, after that, her bleeding stopped and she was discharged from the hospital and returned home. However, the next day, she and her husband Hasan returned to the hospital with the same complaints.
She was constantly under surveillance due to the risk of miscarriage. She eventually gave birth early, but the doctor told her that her baby son was stillbirth. She was given a death certificate and a small funeral bag from the Seyhan State Hospital in Turkey.
Hasan took the baby to a cemetery in Herkuri district and buried him. As Hasan drove to the cemetery, he began to hear the baby crying. He parked the car and unzipped his bag. He took off his jacket, wrapped it around the baby, and raised the car heater the whole time.
An ambulance came and the baby was taken to Adana City Research Hospital for intensive care. The baby was in a critical state with low blood pressure. However, Melech saw that her baby was alive. His hands and feet were fidgeting, his heart beating.
Why Easter is important
The couple was shocked. Their young sons were born prematurely. They went from utter despair to incredible joy.
Easter is a day of joy. It is time to celebrate Jesus and declare his victory in his resurrection. Jesus lived for 33 years and was then cruelly crucified. He passed away on Friday, but grew up on Sunday.
Jesus' resurrection is a unique historical event. There's nothing like that. This is why billions of people celebrate today. His resurrection is the foundation of the Christian faith. As the apostle Paul wrote in Corinthians 15:14, “If Christ does not come back to life, our message is worthless, and so is your faith.”
But Jesus is raised from death, and for His death and victory over sin, you can receive His grace and forgiveness. You can live in a personal relationship with God, experience God's plans for your life, and spend eternity in heaven with him after this life is over.
God is in the resurrection business. He has resurrected what died in people's lives for thousands of years, and he continues to do so to this day. God told Abraham that he was the father of the whole country, but his wife Sarah was too old to be pregnant. However, at the age of 90, her dead womb brought life, and her son Isaac was there.
Jacob lamented his loss for many years, allegedly his youngest son, Joseph, had died. Joseph was sold to slavery, but because of God's favor for his life he became Egyptian prime minister. A few years later, Joseph will save his family from hunger, and his father will see his dead son alive.

Jesus told the story of the son of the prodig who left the house and lived a stupid, useless life. He lost all his money and self-esteem, so he decided to go home in disgrace. But when his father saw him return home, he said, “This son of mine was dead, but now he is alive. He has been lost and now found. And they have begun to celebrate.”
Hasan and Melech thought the young son was dead, Abraham thought the chance to have a son was dead, Jacob thought the son Joseph was dead, father thought his exodig son had died and disappeared forever.
