Simone Biles is an elite athlete and one of the greatest gymnasts of all time, but she recently admitted that she struggles to get through her workouts.
Biles appears to have taken some time off after winning his fifth, sixth and seventh Olympic gold medals in Paris earlier this year.

According to Biles' social media accounts, Pilates was at least part of her first post-Olympic workout, but the popular exercise experience wasn't something she wanted to do again.
