As Georgia Bulldogs quarterback Carson Beck declares for the 2025 NFL Draft, his social media star girlfriend couldn't be more proud.
Miami Hurricanes basketball star Hannah Cavinder congratulated Beck on her announcement under a post about the matter on Instagram.
“Proud of you,” the 23-year-old simply wrote in the comments.

Cavinder has been seen at numerous Georgia games this season supporting her boyfriend, a two-time national champion who hopes to win three titles by the end of the College Football Playoff. .
But Beck's announcement came before Georgia's fate in the playoffs was known due to surgery needed to repair an injury that would end the 2024 season. Beck injured his elbow while trying to give a Hail Mary on the final play of the first half in Georgia's SEC Championship win over Texas.

Gunner Stockton, Beck's backup who led the Bulldogs to the SEC title over the Longhorns, will start the remaining games for Kirby Smart's group.
“First, I would like to thank God for giving me the opportunity to play the game I love,” Beck said in an Instagram post. “I will forever be grateful for everything this game has produced and given me, through the ups and downs, the good times and the bad times. Football has taught me lessons that will last a lifetime and made me into the person I am today. He let me.”
Beck, 22, will finish his Georgia career in 2024 with 3,485 yards, 28 passing touchdowns and 12 interceptions.

It will be interesting to see how Beck's draft stock turns out after interviews and the NFL Scouting Combine. His productivity declined in a season where some believed he could solidify his status as a top pick if he continues to improve in 2023. He became a full-time starter for the first time.
Beck's play raised many questions about how his play would translate to the NFL, especially towards the end of the season.
Meanwhile, Cavinder's twin sister Haley, who is already dating NFL star Jake Ferguson, a tight end for the Dallas Cowboys, will continue to play for the Hurricanes during the women's basketball season. Both players helped Miami reach the Elite Eight in last season's NCAA Tournament and became Miami's star players.
