Schottenheimer was introduced as the next head coach of the cowboys after Jones's decision not to re -sign Mike McCarthy as an aggressive coordinator of this season. Employment and the process of Jones and organizations have been bombed by fans and experts as well.

Despite the Shoten Hymer on his right, Jones responded to those critics on Monday.
“I kicked me in my comfortable zone that I needed people,” Jones told the reporter through the New York Post. “If you don't think you can get out of my comfortable zone unless this is in some way, you can't believe it.
“This is a big risk that you can take. You have as much risk as possible. I have no head coaching experience.”

While the optimistic outlook for a franchise's new coaching chapter, there are not so many voting for confidence in its quotation.
However, even if he had not yet performed his own program, he discussed the tone from Jones when he discussed a lot of coaching experience. He started his career in 1997 as a Rams Assistant and served as an attack coordinator for Rams, New York Jets, Seattle Sea Hawks, and Georgia University. He is also the son of the famous NFL head coach Marty Shoten Heimer.

Schottenheimer currently owns the key to the “American team” and knows how much responsibility is to return the hungry team to the playoffs.

But he knows that his owner is now believing what is located in social media. He is a dangerous employment. It is up to Shoten Heimer to prove that risks are worth the reward.
