Democrats posted once on X on Monday evening, with him and D-Penn. Rep. Brendan Boyle introduced the union's busting law and no tax credits for workers' tax justice.

“No tax cuts due to the union's busting law will end corporate handouts on campaigns that destroy unions, make tax laws even more fair and level the playing field for workers,” he continued.
“The Workers Tax and Fair Act restores fairness and puts money back into the pockets of workers who bet on themselves. At a time when the Trump administration is attacking workers' rights, I am honored that Brendan Boyle and Judy Chew will work with me to spend money on the pockets of struggling Americans,” he said.
