R-Ill Rep. Mary Miller asked President Donald Trump to “draw all federal funds” from one district in the state after one mother allegedly forced her daughter and other students to change in front of transgender students in the girls' locker room.
Miller posted a message on social media on Tuesday, calling the allegations a “bad violation” of young girls' privacy and effectively banned women and girls from trans participation in sports on Trump's executive order, “holding men out of women's sports.”

“Leaving young girls off in front of biological men is not just perverted. It's a terrible violation of President Trump's executive order to protect girls in their privacy and women's only space,” Miller's post read.

“I urge President Trump to quickly pull all federal funds out of the Deerfield School District! I stand firm with Nicole Jojas, my bold and brave mother of Illinois, to defend my daughter's rights.”
Miller's post came almost a week after Georges spoke at a school board meeting for Deerfield Public Schools District 109. During her speech, she accused her 13-year-old daughter and others of accusing her of trying to change in front of trans students in the girl's locker room.
“Girls want to get their locker rooms and bathrooms back. They want to get their privacy back. That's why I'm here tonight. My 13-year-old daughter's happiness, mental health and privacy are at risk,” Georgas said.

Georgas explained that her daughter first complained in early February that trans students were using the girls' bathrooms when they were using the facility as well. She said the administration later explained that “students can now identify as women, so they can use the bathroom and the female locker room.”
The issue escalated a few days later when Georges' daughter refused to change in front of a trans student in the girls' locker room. Other students followed her protests when Georges claimed that the school administrator had intervened.

“That day, (student services aide) Joanna Ford, (assistant principal) Cathy Van Torise, and all of the teachers came to the girls' locker room and turned them into uniforms.

However, in a statement to Fox News Digital, Deerfield Public Schools 109 said it added that no students will change in front of others in the locker room or that school policies are consistent with state law.
“District 109 is committed to providing a learning environment where all students and staff are respected and supported. Our policies and procedures, including student use, are in line with state laws, Illinois Schools Act, and guidance from the Illinois State Board of Education.

“There is no need to change to gym uniforms for physical education classes in front of others in the locker room. Every student in the middle school has multiple options to change in a private location if desired.”
The Trump administration has locked in several states accused of violating executive orders. Most notably, Trump and Maine Gov. Janet Mills have publicly withdrew from federal funding.
Last week, the USDA suspended funding in the University of Maine System, a network of eight public universities in the state, but days later, the office of U.S. Sen. Susan Collins said the funding freeze had reversed.
