Judy Blume's novel “Forever” has made a splash in the literary world since its publication in 1975. Focusing primarily on teen sexuality, the book is often banned or censored in schools and libraries due to the main character's use of birth control. Netflix announces a 2018 Los Angeles-set television adaptation, following the love stories of two black teenagers, Keisha Clark (Lovie Simone) and Justin Edwards (Michael Cooper Jr.), but also explores identity and aspirations. The first Monday in May only means one thing. It's time for celebrities and fashion designers to adorn themselves with creative and luxurious outfits and celebrate the Metropolitan Museum's costume laboratory at the annual Met Gala. This year's theme is “Tailored for You.” This is related to the Institute's new exhibition, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.” Alongside Chief Anna Wintole's Vogue editor, this year's chairs are Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, ASAP Rocky, Pharrell Williams and LeBron James. The Met Gala Red Carpet is streamed live so we can all sit down and admire (or judge) the looks from the comfort of our home. Monday at 6pm

Natasha Lyon is back in the second season of “Poker Face.” She stars as Charlie, who has the special ability to detect when people are lying. And, like the first season, this season will serve as a spotting exercise for all familiar faces, including Cynthia Eribo, John Mulany, and John Cho. Charlie returns to the road and investigates murders that occur at alligator farms, funeral homes, and grade talent shows. Streaming on Peacock on Thursday.
“Criminal Minds: Evolution” is a spinoff of some, and a continuation of part of the original series “Criminal Minds”, returning for the third season. The procedure continues with members of the FBI Behavioral Analysis Unit. They enter the idea of crime and try to intercept it. This season will be featured six months after the prisoner attacks the infamous serial killer, which will lead his followers to hatch the malicious plot. Streaming on Paramount+ on Thursday.
If you try to imagine some of the sitcom's most unhinged settings, you'll end up in the middle of the night to be arrested court in Manhattan. And that is the exact premise of the “Night Court” reboot, closing the third season. The series stars Melissa Rauch as Abby Stone. Abby Stone took the same position as the judge who decided to follow in her father's footsteps (Judge Harry T. Stone, who played in the original 1984-1992 show run). There are strange characters, workplace antics, and of course legal battles. Tuesday at 8:30pm on NBC.

Actorewan McGregor and television presenter Charley Boorman are back on motorcycles with a new season of “Long Way Home.” This focuses on the idea of ”home” as they head to parts of Europe where they have roots. In the second episode, on the roads of the Netherlands and Germany they have them to go to Blumann's mother's hometown. And I'm sure Scotland will come at some point. Streaming on AppletV+ on Friday.
Gentlemen and women start the engine as another season of “NASCAR: Full Speed” airs this week. The documentary series tracking the franchise and its drivers covers the 2024 playoff season when drivers compete for the NASCAR Cup. Streaming on Netflix on Wednesday.
With his return of “Conan O'Brien has to go,” the eponymous host leaves his usual antics to his usual antics, running through Spanish towns dressed for the Bulls' run, but running away from the pack of people on the Segway. In each episode, O'Brien challenges a new country, and while he is there, he surprises fans and incorporates local culture and cuisine. Other episodes of this season will take him to Austria and New Zealand. Streaming on Thursday at Max.
