Spain's World Cup Champion, Jenny Elmoso, testified in court on Monday in a court of Lewis Rubiares, a former Spanish soccer, kissed a controversy in the 2023 -Cup celebration.
In her testimony, Elmo denied Rubiarless's claim that a kiss that caused global anger was based on agreement.
“I felt it was neglected,” Elmos said in a high court in Madrid. “I think it was the moment I dyed one of my happiest days in my life.”

When asked if he asked her to kiss her, Rubiales added, “I didn't hear or understand anything.”
“The next thing I did was grabed me with my ears and kissed my mouth,” she said.
The 47 -year -old Rubieless is accused of sexual assault and is trying to forcibly support him in the same way as others.

He denied the accusation of him, argued that the kiss was an agreement and had happened at the moment of delight.
He claimed that Elmos was “lifted me” as a celebration gesture, and he sought a “small kiss.” Rubiless claims that she said “yes”.
Prosecutors, Elmos, and the country's players' associations have called for a two and a half years of prison sentences.

Rubiares could face a fine or forbidden sentence for a year to four years if he committed his accusation, according to a court staff.
