On January 21, 2025, President Donald Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance attended the Prayer Service for the Nation at the National Cathedral.

As a believer, I attended the service with the purpose of praying for the success of our country, President Trump, his family, and his administration.

I intentionally left prayer services early after realizing how they were being used for left-wing activities rather than true worship of God to seek God's will and wisdom. . Mr. President, the charges against you in prayer services were political, not Biblical.

When we tolerate lies, we are giving power to distortions of truth. It's time for all believers to rise up, reach the exit line, and walk out of the service where the full counsel of Biblical truth has been distorted.

Many are aware of the faith of our founders and the influence of the Bible on our nation. As in the 1950s, President Eisenhower and Congress declared our nation's motto “In God We Trust” and added “One Nation” to our Pledge of Allegiance.
