ESPN's “Around the Horn” aired at its final hour on Friday after nearly 23 years of running.
One of the longtime game show's leading contestants, Tim Kaurish swipes through ESPN in his final comments on the show.
“I would like to thank ESPN for the opportunity that I didn't want to return in 2002. Also, ESPN is currently aiming to hire athletes in place of journalists, which he said in the final episode on Friday.

“Around the Horn” consisted of four different journalists who appeared on the show and discussed current sports topics. However, ESPN is away from journalists with shows that favor former athletes.
Some of the network's most well-known personalities are former athletes such as Pat McAfee, Jason Kelles, Kendrick Perkins, and Ryan Clark.

“We had a great 22 years of experience with fraud syndrome every time we entered this studio. We hope that the people on this next show will bring just as much fun and lots of smiles over the next 22 years.
ESPN has not announced that the show needs slots for that time.
