About a month after Bianca Sensori posed on the red carpet at the Grammy Awards in a completely thin mini dress, another woman with connections to you arrived on Sunday, similar to the afterparty at Vanity Fair's Oscars. However, this year, naked dressing appeared particularly thriving at the event.
Zoe Kravitz was wearing a satin long sleeve gown by St. Laurent, revealing the bottom through beaded mesh cutouts at the back of the dress.
Olivia Wilde also chose to barely stand up, wearing a Chloe frilled Peñoir style dress, styled with a pair of matching briefs and clutch bags.
Kendall Jenner and Ms. Ratakowski both arrived in black lace dresses: Jenner from Vintage Magler and Rata Kowski from Ludovic de St. Cernin.
And Megan the Stallion had a long skirt and feather around the bodice, but no top.
A few men have also joined the trend, at least to some extent. Actress Elizabeth Hurley appeared at a vanity fair party with her son, Damian Hurley, in thin, crystal clear numbers. Actor Jeremy Pope wore a black jumpsuit that exposed most of his upper body, while actor Michael Urry wore a skin-covered suit.
This trend also existed in the main event of the Oscar. Doja Cat has replaced a strapless leopard print Balmain dress for over a million cascaded Swarovski crystal-covered nude slips in James Bond movie franchise music, for a performance of “Diamonds are Forever.”
For Doja Cat, nude dressing is a consistent theme. At last year's Met Gala, she wore a wet white T-shirt gown. And at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards, she chose a Monse dress made from Cobweb-like fabric with exposed nipples and strings.
