Kate Rinklerk and Indiana Fever went on their path with the Brazilian national team in their second WNBA preseason game this year.
Carver Hawkie Arena, Clark's old stomping with the Iowa Hawk Eyes, was the location for this special preseason matchup, and it felt like the NCAA's best reading point scorer of all time was home again.
In a 108-44 victory, Clark poured 16 points with six-tenths of fire, paying five assists and collecting six rebounds at 18:42.

Clark did not play the team's opening preseason game against the Washington mystic due to a foot injury, but she was trapped in a heated uniform in her first action in 2025.
And of course, she poured a 3-pointer from the Hawkeyes logo, just like she did in college.

Clark was one of four Fever starters who scored double-digit points in this one, including Kelsey Mitchell, the 17-point team's key scorer, but also tallied three steels.

Aliya Boston, who has built a big relationship with Clark in the Newcomer of the Year campaign, scored 11 points, seven rebounds, five assists and two steals for Indiana.
Some newcomers in the fever also contributed to the defeat over Team Brazil.
As a team, Fever shot an impressive 15/15 over the arc, marking a 45.5% shot made from three-point territory. They also made Team Brazil turn the ball at least 26 times, showing off their defensive strength earlier this year.
