Caitlyn Clark and Angel Reese made a fierce exchange after Indiana Fever Sharpshooter fouled the Chicago Sky forward in the third quarter on Saturday.
Reese grabbed an offensive rebound from an error by teammate Rebecca Allen, so Reese pushed Hainasha Howard backwards.
Reese lowered the ball and Clark fouled her before going up for a shot. The lease fell to the ground.

Reese rose from the floor and entered Clark's face.
The judge saw the play and decided that Clark used her left hand to push Reese into the floor. They upgraded Clark's personal foul to a terrible foul. And Heat Reese and Aliya Boston were issued a technical foul.
“There's no maliciousness about that. It's just a good foul,” Clark told ESPN's Holly Lowe.
It seemed like another chapter in Clark and Reese's rivalry.
The two had a fierce rivalry during their women's college basketball. Clark spoke about the importance of defeating rivals on the floor before his match against Chicago.

“The rivals are authentic and that's what makes the sport so amazing,” Clark told ESPN. “There are certain teams that these games mean a little more. (We) go out here and play the same every night, but (rivals) fans involved and they love it.”
The history of Clark in the Sky began last season.
Clark took a series of suspicious fouls from Lease's skies throughout the 2024 season.
Clark also underwent an infamous illegal hip check on June 1st by Chicago Sky Forward Cenedy Carter. Then, in late August, the Chicago Diamond Deshield committed a hard foul on Clark. The foul was later upgraded to a Fragrant violation, and Deshield later posted a screenshot of the hate message she received from the foul.

However, Clark's team won, winning three of four meetings between teams last year.
