John won the Harbaugh Bowl at SoFi Stadium, defeating his brother Jim's Los Angeles Chargers 30-23 on Monday Night Football and returning the Baltimore Ravens to the championship column.
The Ravens improved to 8-4 on the season, while the Chargers fell to 7-4.
It may have been the first game he didn't score this season, but the Ravens offense was once again led by Derrick Henry's powerful rushing attack.

Henry had 140 rushing yards on 24 carries (5.8 yards per attempt) as Baltimore's run game continued to defeat NFL defenses this season.
It wasn't flashy for Henry, but one of the best defensemen in the league couldn't figure out how to get the big stops with the ball in his hands.
Meanwhile, two other rushers were able to reach the end zone, with Lamar Jackson scoring the Ravens' first score of the game and Justice Hill contributing to the victory with a 51-yard score in the fourth quarter.

Los Angeles had a very good start to this game, as Justin Herbert methodically charged downfield and eventually broke into a go-ahead drive touchdown. However, this was the only touchdown of the team's two scored all game, as Cameron Dicker was actively kicking field goals.
Meanwhile, Jackson was able to put two passes into the end zone, with Mark Andrews leaping and bringing in one during the fourth quarter, while Rashod Bateman was cited for a defensive pass interference call at the end of the first half. He overcame a 40-yard bomb from Jackson and led 17-13 at that point.

Gus Edwards was able to score from 1 yard out with less than a minute left in the fourth quarter, giving Dicker an opportunity for an onside kick for a one-score game.
However, Isaiah Litley secured the Ravens' attempt to secure the win, and it was a much-needed win for Baltimore, which stumbled last week against Pittsburgh.
Jackson finished the game with 177 passing yards on 16-of-22 through the air, two touchdowns and one rushing score. Zay Flowers was the top receiver with five receptions for 62 yards, and Andrews also had five catches for 44 yards.
For Herbert, drops were an issue for the receiver on this night, but he completed 21 of 36 for 218 yards. Quentin Johnston was the main suspect, unable to capture any of the five targets.
Los Angeles standout rookie Ladd McConkie had six catches for 83 yards.

It also has no value to the Chargers. Former Ravens forward JK Dobbins, who played brilliantly for the Chargers this season, left the game with a knee injury. Dobbins has a history of torn knee ligaments, so Chargers fans will be waiting with bated breath to see what happens to their star running back.
