Multiple reports say the 21-year-old is accused of serving alcohol to Pittsburgh Pirates fans who collapsed on the field last month.
Kaban Markwood, a 20-year-old former college football player, was identified as a man who fell on a right field warning truck as a man who fell over 20 feet.
According to reports, Ethan Kirkwood was charged with providing alcohol to a minor.

The WTAE cited criminal charges that highlighted surveillance video showing Kirkwood and Markwood several times with alcohol. According to the complaint, Kirkwood has granted the purchase of Markwood's alcohol.
Pittsburgh police did not immediately respond to emails from Fox News Digital.
Markwood lay on the dirt on the right field after repeated airtimes during the seventh inning of the Pirates' match against the Chicago Cubs.
The 20-year-old has broken his neck and is back in Fall, but Markwood says he's “ok” despite his long journey to recovery.

“I really can't sleep. I have a lot of back pain,” he told Triblive.
Markwood described his injury as “all broken.” This included swollen hands.
“When I get home, I think I'll just put ice on it,” he added.
After the accident, Markwood was rushed to the trauma forces at Allegheny General Hospital, where he was in a state of crisis at some point.
Pittsburgh Public Safety has labelled what happened in the accident, and fans sitting near Markwood said he was excited by the Pirates' rally during the game and poured beer on himself before the fall.

Markwood played in two Division II football programs, Walsh University and Wheeling University. According to the team's website, he played for Wheeling in 2023 and appeared in four games.
