He is doing well, appreciates the many well wishes, and will be back on the campaign trail as planned first thing tomorrow morning.” I'm excited about that,” Mike said. Robinson, the current Republican lieutenant governor who is running to replace Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper in the battleground state against Democratic Attorney General Josh Stein, was recently accused of making controversial comments on a porn site. It was done.
Mr. Robinson denies the charges. He hired a lawyer who previously worked for former President Trump. Vinal Law Group in Northern Virginia is investigating the allegations raised in a CNN report published earlier this week.
Vinal previously told Fox News Digital that “typically, investigations like this by the Department of Justice and the FBI would take months to years.” “We can't do that in this case because voters need answers before the election. So we're going to act very quickly and still give them a very robust report.”
“He completely denies ever saying anything in the CNN article,” Vinal said of Robinson. “What I'm going to do with my investigation is follow the facts. We're going to investigate this vigorously. We're going to use every avenue. We're very, very We're going to be aggressive. And the people of the North and the Carolinas deserve a thorough investigation of this issue, and we're going to do that.”

CNN's report revealed statements that Robinson allegedly made on a porn site message board more than a decade ago, including calling himself a “black Nazi.” He said he enjoyed transgender pornography. In 2012, he said he would prefer Hitler to then-President Barack Obama. He criticized the late Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., calling him “worse than a maggot.”
Robinson has denied making such comments, but Republicans have begun to distance themselves from the candidate who, if elected, would become North Carolina's first black governor. At a campaign rally for the Republican presidential candidate in Wilmington, North Carolina, on Saturday, President Trump did not mention Robinson, who he endorsed before the March primary and has spoken at other Trump events.
