Exclusive: Democrat Jasmine Crockett is becoming one of the most prominent faces of the resistance movement against President Trump, but she faces a Republican challenger who says voters are “devouring the bits” to remove her from the office.
“She's not really a leader. She's not really a representative. Jasmine Crockett is like a performer or influencer,” Scoldon Daniels, a Dallas area lawyer who runs as a Republican to get Crockett out of the 30th Congress in Texas, told Fox News Digital.
“She's completely ineffective as a lawmaker. She couldn't pass the law when she was on the Texas Capitol. We don't expect her to have any effect while she's on Capitol Hill.”
Daniels added that it was “unfortunate” that the “hardworking people” in his district have not received leadership from Crockett.

“So someone has to stand up to it and God blessed me with his ability to do the job, so I feel a responsibility to act now,” Daniels said.
Crockett surged into the spotlight as one of the Trump administration's most outspoken critics, going viral on a daily basis, drawing conservative rage to social media for her heated rage.
From Tuesday's speech to Trump's Congress, Crockett made several dim-like comments, calling the president “Putin's Ho,” suggesting he was trying to bring black people back to slavery.
Daniels said Fox News' digital comments were “completely rude” and “office dissatisfaction.”

“Being a US House of Representatives is one of the most prestigious honors and privileges that any of us could have given us, and she treats it like it's given,” Daniels said. “She takes it for granted, and when she takes every opportunity she takes, she denies our country and the president. And as a veteran, and as a real lover of America, I don't sit and do anything, so I'm going to fight back.
Crockett, 43, won his previous campaign for the House of Representatives, including when he defeated 70 points after beating the Libertarian Challenger over 70 points in the general election in November.
But Daniels told Fox News Digital that the district is more conservative than the results show.
“She certainly has her psychofan, but she's become increasingly popular in our district every day,” explained Daniels. “You know, what about the TX-30 is so much more diverse and conservative than anyone would think, and people are getting a bit munching around to vote because they can't wait for this girl to be replaced by Sholdon Daniels.”

Daniels, who joined the US military as a communications specialist at age 18, told Fox News Digital that being a father, husband, veteran and “community-conscious person” encouraged people to run for Crockett's seat because they don't feel like they're sitting while they're trying to tear our country apart.
“One of the issues surrounding biological men who are allowed to become fathers, become daughters, in the bathrooms, locker rooms and girls' private spaces, and biological men who compete with girls in sports, when they get home for me,” Daniels said of the decision to run. “I have a five-year-old daughter who loves to play sports. I fully hope that she will become an athlete. I just want to make sure she is safe and have a way to cover every other girl in America.”
If elected, Daniels told Fox News Digital he would bring “professionalism and politeness” back to the office, focusing on issues his constituents care about.
“We'll focus on reducing taxes so that Americans can reduce the cost of living. We'll focus on securing borders and supporting his policy of keeping the president and borders safe, so that we can ensure a safer community here at the TX-30,” Daniels said.
“We will also focus on providing support for small businesses and ensuring that we can maintain more money in our pockets so that we can invest and hire more people. And we will clearly focus on all the new revelations that are focusing on dog efforts and focusing on government waste, fraud and abuse.
Daniels is active on social media and is calling for Crockett, including posts challenging her in discussions next month.
Fox News Digital asked Daniels if voters in his district support Doge's goal of reducing government waste given the opposition of voices to Crockett's efforts.
“There's research coming out of the Congressional Management Foundation and found that 90% of voters are focused on policy rather than social media. Essentially, doing work rather than epic for the camera can lead to the TX-30,” Daniels said.
“People want representatives who will provide concrete and effective changes that they can see in their community in 2025. There's no time when you choose someone from the TX-30 and set it up and forget about it.
