Phoenix Mercury guard Sophie Cunningham once again turned heads with her pregame attire ahead of Monday's game against the New York Liberty.
The Mercury published a slow-motion clip of Cunningham entering the locker room at Footprint Arena before the match, citing a reference to the show “Love Island.”

“A hot new beauty is coming to the villa this week,” the team wrote to X.
Since the team returned from the Olympic break, they haven't exactly started well and not everyone seems to be on board.

The Mercury lost 84-70 to the Liberty on Monday. They are 3-3 since the league resumed. Cunningham scored three points in the game.

The former Missouri star is averaging 7.7 points in 31 games with Phoenix, shooting 42 percent from the field and 37 percent from 3-point range.
Phoenix has a good chance of making the playoffs this season, barring a late-season disaster. The Mercury sits in sixth place in the WNBA standings, two games behind the Indiana Fever. The top eight teams advance to the postseason.
