Michael Jordan's son Marcus reportedly resisted possession of cocaine, arrest and property damage or personal injury to DUI, and acknowledged the “challenges” surrounding “alcohol/substance use.”
Jordan was arrested by Florida Maitland police on February 4th, and Dashcam later showed he was speeding away from law enforcement before it was discovered that his vehicle was stuck on railroad tracks.
Citing a recent court filing, Jordanian lawyers are aiming to put him in a pretrial substance abuse education and treatment intervention programme, according to TMZ Sports.
The program reportedly “not only benefits him personally, but also serves the community by reducing the likelihood of future crime.”

A dashcam video from the Seminole County Sheriff's Office showed him speeding up from lawmakers with his Lamborghini Sports Utility vehicle before he was later arrested.
Maitland Police Station officials discovered that the vehicle was not moving on the suburban tracks where the commuter trains are located about ten minutes away. According to arrest reports, the SUV tires were repeatedly spun into dirt and rocks before being buried.
When Jordan was asked to get out of the car after smelling alcohol, authorities said they noticed his obscure speech and confusion. According to the arrest report, officers found a bag of trousers that they tested positive for cocaine.
“I'm Marcus Jordan. I'm Michael Jordan's son,” he told the executives, according to the New York Post. “I've done nothing wrong. I'm just trying to get home. And I'm heading in the wrong direction, right?”

The 34-year-old is the second child of Erdest, the former Chicago bull and Washington Wizards star. Marcus played high school basketball and later tried his hand at university basketball at Central Florida.

He left the program in 2012 and graduated in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in Rosen Hospitality Management of Hospitality Management.
Marcus is low for most parts. He entered the spotlight about two years ago when he began dating Rasa Pippen, the ex-wife of his father's teammate, Scotty Pippen. The relationship lasted for about two years as the couple broke up in 2024.

He had a brush on the law in the past. He made an arrest in a 2012 incident in Omaha, Nebraska and did not plead for resisting. He was also charged with obstructing a police officer, but the charges were removed as part of the judicial agreement.
