ESPN reporter Tim McMahon made a comment pointing out an episode of “The Hoop Collective” after Game 2 ended.
“Oh, what do you know? Are you leaving? Draymond. Stay silent, man, don't play the victim here. Don't play the victim here. Here, don't stop doing the terrible thing. We're tired of it. “Get a break after the break and keep pushing the line.”
“It wasn't an agenda to make you look angry when you punch your teammate in your face, it wasn't an agenda to make you look angry when you grabbed Rudy Goatbert and put him in the sleeper hold.

McMahon also pushed back the notion that Green leaned against the counseling from the floor.
“Draymond is full of crap. He smells of breath so he's so full. What are you talking about here? Please?” he added.
Green was hit with a technical foul in the second quarter of Game 2.
“I'm not an angry black man. I'm a very successful, educated black man, a black man with a great family, I'm good at basketball and I'm good at what I do,” he said after the game. “The agenda trying to make me look like an angry black man is crazy. I'm tired of it. It's ridiculous.”
He had two points, four assists, two rebounds and two steels in Game 3 losses. He was fouled out at 4:38 in the game.
Green has a long history of terrible technical fouls in the NBA.
He put Rudy Gortbert of Timberwolves Center in the chokehold during the 2023-24 season. In the same season he slapped Jusfnurkic from the Phoenix Sands Center in the face.
