Music mogul Jay-Z founded Roc Nation in 2008, and the entertainment company has been responsible for producing the Super Bowl halftime show in recent years.
Recently, rape charges were brought against a rapper and businessman.
NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said he was aware of the allegations, but quickly dismissed concerns that the situation would harm Jay-Z's working relationship with the league.
“I am aware of the civil allegations and Jay-Z's very strong reaction to them,” Goodell said Wednesday after the NFL's winter meetings. “We know there is a lawsuit going on right now. From our standpoint, our relationship with them has not changed, including preparing for the next Super Bowl.”

Jay-Z (real name Shawn Carter) has denied the allegations and said the rape accusations against him were part of an extortion scheme. He also called the allegations “stupid” and “inherently heinous” in a statement released by one of his companies, Roc Nation.
In a statement posted to Roc Nation's X account, Jay-Z said, “My attorney received an attempted blackmail letter called a demand letter from an 'attorney' named Tony Buzbee.” “What he was calculating was the nature of these allegations that if they were brought to the public's attention, I would want to settle.”
