Pro Football Hall of Famer Brett Favre is scheduled to attend former President Donald Trump's campaign rally on Wednesday, but he appears to be coming to grips with the harsh realities of this election cycle.
Favre posted his reaction on social media on Monday, just a week before most voters head to the polls to cast their votes in presidential and other elections.

“In all the elections I've ever seen, I've never seen so much hatred,” Favre wrote of X. “It's certainly sad.”
The Trump campaign announced Favre as a guest speaker during Trump's visit to Green Bay on Wednesday. The event will be held at the Resch Center.
Favre has been an ardent defender of Trump and supported him in 2020 when he faced off against Joe Biden. Trump lost his bid for re-election at that point.
He said last year that the United States was in a “better place” when Trump was president.
