According to a video obtained by Fox News Digital, Miami Dolphins Wide Receiver Tyreek Hill and his wife Keeta Hill were seen on the balcony of his high-rise apartment complex on the day of reporting his domestic conflict involving police.
Hill hugs the couple's five-month-old daughter while he and his wife look out over the balcony on Monday.
Fox News Digital has obtained police reports from the incident after the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department responded to a “ongoing attack” at a condo in Hill. Hill and his wife were present when authorities arrived. His wife's mother, Alesia Wakkaro, called 9-1-1, and was there.

The case is deemed shut down after officers determine that the crime was not committed.
“On Monday, we were called to the Tyreek Hill home and after conversations with Tyreek and his family, police left the residence without further incident and the incident was closed,” a dolphin spokesman told Fox News Digital. “We have been in touch with Tyreek and the NFL since then and will not comment further on this issue.”
Tyreek Hill claims that officers pinch their heads during their arrest and “trying to let me do something to him.”
Hill's agent Drew Rosenhaus did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
Police report said Vaccaro told authorities that he had lived with his daughter and hill since the birth of his granddaughter in November.
She called the police after being told that Hill threw a laptop on the floor, grabbed her daughter and began walking to the balcony of a high-rise apartment complex as Hill and his wife had an argument.

The report added that Vaccaro called Hill “very aggressive and impulsive” and said he was afraid of his daughter's safety.
Keeta Hill also spoke to police saying she and her husband had been discussing more frequently recently. She insisted that he “threw things in anger.” The two couple therapies are also “not working out.”
The Vaccaro of the debate called police about Kita telling the star receiver that he wasn't fully involved with the child. Kita says “without malicious intent” Tyreek grabbed her daughter and began walking through the condo with her.
Hill told the officers that he had just returned home from offseason training when debate broke out over the couple's treatment. He admitted to grab their baby as well.
“As a mother I have the same rights as her father and her. I can take the baby whenever I want,” Tyreek said according to the report.

Tyreek and Keeta said the argument never came to physically, but the report points to a bruise in Keeta's upper chest. She said that when Tyreek took her daughter out of her, it might have happened unintentionally.
Keeta added that she is “in the process of filing for divorce.”
