The Packers' official rules change proposal “prohibits offensive players from pushing their teammates who line up just behind the snap and receiving the snap and then immediately snap.” The proposal added that the penalty will be assessed against offensive players who violate the rules.
League staff presented rules proposals during the football business meeting on Sunday, and the issue of the Packers' proposals sparked “stimulating” debate, ESPN reported. Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst and head coach Matt LaFleur both refused to speak to ESPN.
However, when the meeting got full gear on Monday, the other coaches didn't stop discussing it.

“Indeed, there are some teams that are more innovative than the rest of us. We don't like fines on them. But we're caught up in discussions about field goal blocking because of the safety of our players, and yet they're not yet a component of the discussion.”
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reed and Buffalo Bills head coach Shawn McDermott also mentioned the concept of safety when it comes to the possibility of banning play, according to the profile football talk.
The source challenged the safety aspect in an interview with ESPN.
“It's not about player safety. It's just a different play and it just looks different,” the source said.
During the Eagles' NFC Championship victory over Washington's manager, fury around the Tashpush escalated.
The commander player attempted to jump offsides to try and stop the play from the goal line. However, certain offside penalties have resulted in warnings from NFL officials. He said that if Washington continued to commit penalties, he could have been awarded a score to the Eagles.
