During his 17 seasons patrolling the Alabama football sidelines, Nick Saban is no stranger to facing the Crimson Tide's in-state rival Auburn.
Now retired, Saban works as an analyst for ESPN's “College GameDay.” The popular TV show aired Saturday's matchup between Ohio State and Indiana in Columbus, Ohio.
The Buckeyes entered the Week 13 contest ranked No. 2 in the latest College Football Playoff rankings, while Indiana was ranked No. 5. Ohio State suffered its first loss of the season to Indiana.

During a discussion of Saturday's matchup between Auburn and the visiting Texas A&M Aggies in the Southeastern Conference, Saban issued a warning about playing at Jordan-Hare Stadium, saying the football stadium is “haunted.” “There is,” he suggested.

“Well, I'm going to warn Texas A&M because in my opinion, having gone to Auburn for 17 years and played at Jordan Hare (Stadium), that place is haunted,” Saban said. . “I guarantee it.

The Iron Bowl, the name of the Alabama vs. Auburn rivalry, has produced some surprising and memorable finishes.
The “kick 6” play was a reference to the game-winning 109-yard return on a missed field goal as time expired in the 2013 edition of the game.

Saban coached the Crimson Tide in the Iron Bowl multiple times, going 12-5 during his career. However, Alabama has a record of 5 wins and 4 losses in games played at Auburn's home stadium.

Texas A&M will try to keep its playoff hopes alive when it visits Auburn on Saturday night. The next Iron Bowl is scheduled for November 30th. This year's game will be held at Bryant-Denny Stadium on the campus of the University of Alabama. The rivalry returns to Jordan vs. Hare in 2025.
