The Husky led by 10 in half as South Carolina struggled from the floor. He scored just 26 points in his first 20 minutes.
However, Azzi Fudd began clawing the co in the third quarter, dropping 11 of the 24 points into the frame. Uconn, who outperformed the 26-16 Gamecocks despite the highest scored quarter for South Carolina, also took a 20-point lead towards fourth.
The Husky stepped into the pedals, but came out with an 18-6 run to open the quarter, effectively representing the ball game. South Carolina then took out the starter, even with her big hand.
Bueckers and Fudd came out at 1:32 along with the starter. The Bueckers made each final four of her career, but did not reach the top until Sunday.

19.9 points per game is the largest in UConn history and is the third most in women's March madness history throughout their career.
