Most of the youth leaders on the south side of Chicago come from projects and single-parent families. The sad reality is that government plays a major role in the lives of these children. American children must grow up with this kind of dependence on faceless bureaucracy.
That's why I'm launching an unprecedented summer camp initiative. Camp – “Securing a Bag: God's Way – Small Investors, Big Future” directly challenges the story of the destructive victims on the left, steers them towards American dreams, where they learn how to create and seek their own opportunities.
Most of these young children do not believe that it is not normal to live a life of government dependence. Some of them come from families who had five or seven generations in government dolls. The first thing we do is to deny them the notion that this way of life is normal.
The first two lessons Captain America and I teach children on the south side of Chicago
While Chicago politicians are endlessly debating solutions, this summer we will teach young people that conservative or American values are what really free individuals from poverty. We teach them the values of hard work, personal responsibility, entrepreneurship and faith-based stewardship.
This summer, in our camp, we educate young minds about how government checks and distribution agencies have never been freed from poverty forever. Instead, they trap families and communities in an endless cycle of dependence.
We educate these young minds about how government checks and handouts never free someone from poverty forever. Instead, they trap families and communities in an endless cycle of dependence. What's worse, the habits of ambition and desire are never learned. Our young people must learn to reject the radical left false promises and instead choose the path of freedom, independence and their God-given possibilities.
I know that freedom is scary for many people. It reveals the flaws within us. But that's the purpose of this camp. So we can see where we stand today and start working to improve ourselves so that we can one day have the power to not only create our own opportunities, but also have the power to pursue them with the resilience and faith needed to turn them into reality.

Tasha grew up in this world of addiction and her development was not easy. Her father is killed by a bullet, and her mother is doing two jobs to supply the family. Tasha admires her mother's strength and courage, dreams of succumbing to her mother and lifting her family out of poverty.
look? She has a dream. A very natural dream for most of us if we find ourselves in her shoes. However, Tasha doesn't know where the path to opportunity lies.
That's why I created this camp for kids like Tasha. Over the summer she will know that she is capable, worthy and designed for greatness. We tell her that she must refuse to allow her to be defined by tragedy or addiction. Her life should not be wasted. Instead, faith and independence become her guide lights.
Today, America is at a crossroads more than ever before. We can continue to fund failed government programs that breed poverty and all the diseases that come with it. Or you could invest directly in individuals like Tasha.

Stand with us. Help us secure God's way.
