First on FOX: Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. sent a fiery, pre-recorded video broadcast before the World Health Congress, which brings together members of the World Health Organization.
“Like many legacy institutions, WHO is obsessed with bureaucratic bloat, established paradigms, conflicts of interest and international power politics,” Kennedy said in a video shared with Fox News Digital.
“While the United States has historically provided a large portion of the organization's funding, other countries such as China have had an undue impact on their businesses in ways that serve their own interests, not particularly in the interests of their citizens.”
However, Kennedy's video did not appear to be airing during the legislative rally on Tuesday.
Video messages from foreign leaders such as French President Emmanuel Macron, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and Peruvian President Dina Boralte were aired at a meeting on Tuesday morning, with live comments from China's Deputy Prime Minister Lu Guozon, but according to a review by FOX News, it appears that Kennedy's video will not be seen.

The World Health Parliament began in Geneva on Monday, where 194 member states convened the 78th Annual General Meeting. Kennedy's office sent out a video showing the video, along with other videos of the world and health leaders addressing the body during the assembly meeting Tuesday morning.
This year, WHO member states, according to the body, are expected to sign a “pandemic agreement” aimed at protecting the world from repeated pain caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Kennedy's video specifically addressed the pandemic, saying the World Health Organization's handling of Covid-19 was plagued by “failure” and revealed that WHO would “sacknowledge” to China. The WHO is an international health-focused specialized agency overseen by the United Nations.
“WHO under pressure from China has suppressed reporting at a critical junction in human-to-human transmission, and has since worked with China to promote fiction that was born from bats and pangolins, not from Chinese government-sponsored research at Biolab in Wuhan,” Kennedy said.

“Not only has WHO fallen into political pressure from China, it has also failed to maintain an organization characterized by transparency and fair governance. …WHO often acts to ensure that its members forget that they must take responsibility for their citizens without crossing the border or making them a corporate interest,” he continued.

This year, Trump announced on his first day in office that he had announced hosts of other issues the president had been troubled, including “sick payments” that were not consistent with US intentions to withdraw from WHO due to mistreatment of the pandemic and contributions from other member states.
“The United States has realized its incorrect organizations in the Covid-19 pandemic that arose from Wuhan, China and other global health crises, and it has not adopted urgently necessary reforms in 2020, and it has not been able to demonstrate independent political influence from the WHO's inappropriate political influence from the WHO unified state, and has evaluated the payments of other countries,” Trump's EO said.

In the video, Kennedy continued, “Global cooperation on health remains extremely important to President Trump and me,” knocking WHO repeatedly for “failure” during the pandemic that the body has more embraced through the expected “pandemic agreement.”

“It's not working very well under the WHO. As the failures in the era of community shows, WHO didn't even agree to failure during Covid. Instead, it doubled with the pandemic agreement and locked up all dysfunction in the WHO pandemic response.”

“We're not going to be involved in that,” Kennedy said. “We need to restart the entire system, as we do in the US. We will continue to focus on infectious diseases and pandemic preparation, but we are fundamentally changing the priorities of health agencies to focus on chronic diseases that are common in the US.”
