Super Bowl-winning head coach Jon Gruden is hoping to get him back on the team.
The former Las Vegas Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach spoke about his desire to coach again during a recent appearance on Outkick's “Don't At Me with Dan Dakich.”
“I'm ready. I'm in the bullpen. If somebody's looking to coach, I'm ready to go,” he said. “I have a passion for this game, unlike a lot of people you've probably met, and I still take a lot of pride in staying at the top of this game.”

Meanwhile, the 61-year-old runs his own football channel on YouTube.
“I've got my own YouTube channel, which is a lot of fun, coaching football and collaborating with different people,” Gruden said.
Gruden's last game as a coach was in October 2021 before stepping down as the Raiders' coach.

His resignation came after The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times published stories detailing Gruden's use of racist, homophobic and misogynistic language in emails dating back to 2010.
“I have resigned as head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders,” Gruden said in a statement. “I love the Raiders and want nothing to get in the way. I want to thank the players, coaches, staff and fans of Raiders Nation. I am sorry and never intended to cause any harm to anyone.”

When Gruden resigned, he was in the fourth year and fifth game of a 10-year, $100 million contract with the Raiders and was 22-31 in his second tenure with the team.
Gruden has a career record of 117-112 and led the Buccaneers to their first Super Bowl victory in the 2002-2003 season.
